REPORTS
Each faculty member has a secure folder on the Department's file server that contain reports on each of their cost objects. The format of the financial reports is specified by the university accounting system and we do not have the option of changing the format.
The financial reports on the server are updated the first working day of each month. Open the index.html file and click on the desired report. Each cost object number may have up to three different reports as follows.
CC Revenue and Expense Summary (state & revolving funds) or WBS Revenue and Expense Summary (grant funds). This report is an overview of the entire cost object, including budget (plan), current month expenses paid (period XX), cumulative or year to date expenses paid, life to date expenses paid for grant funds, outstanding commitments, and the balance remaining (variance).
CC Revenue and Expense Detail (state & revolving funds) or WBS Revenue and Expense Detail (grant funds). This report lists individual expense posted to the cost object subtotaled by expense category.
FI Payroll Detail (state, revolving & grants funds). This report lists individual payroll expense posted to the cost object subtotaled by expense category.

The Path to Your Budget Folder: My Computer>Staff on haaserver>Budget Folder>Your Named Budget Folder>Open the index.html file, click on the desired report.
Plant Pathology
The Path to Your Budget Folder: My Computer>psppathserv> Budget >Your Named Budget Folder>Open the index.html file, click on the desired report.
To print a report: File>page setup>landscape>okay. Then File>print
If the report will not fit on your paper: 1) File>page setup> reduce the left and right margin size to 0.05>okay and/or 2) View>text size>smaller or smallest.
